1938 V16 running hot after rebuild

I think my issue is resolved. After installing the original radiator instead of using the one on the test stand, the engine got to 180-185 degrees after 20 minutes. The right bank is still 3-5 degrees hotter but I wouldn't even know that without the pyrometer. The test stand radiator is a horizontal flow but the original radiator is a vertical flow with baffles to mix the water left and right. This special radiator is necessary with the V16 that has two inlets with separate water pumps and two outlets.
