GN Judges Experience Form location?

Can someone please point me to this form?  April Self Starter article says it is available for download on the CLC site, so I guess I am failing in website navigation!  I can find the Judging Manual with no problem, but not this document.

Never heard of it, it must be a recent addition to a judging application. Then again I haven't seen the Self Starter since July.

Are you talking about the Scantron form they want to use for judging ?

No, not the one for the car as in the manual - talking about the judges experience form as discussed in the article - April p-20.  Looks like there is a new "Judges program" being implemented.

Thanks for the reply, but I am not looking for the manual, I am looking for the new judges experience form as in the April Self Starter.  Peter had indicated a hard copy was 'in the mail' a couple months ago.  I was hoping they were now posted, just somewhere less than obvious.  If a new decision has been made to not use this process in Boston, then no hurry, but if it is needed, time is getting short.

It's on the last few pages of the 2013 judges manual. It's mostly a quiz on whether you read and understand the judging criteria.
