I have searched, and I have come up blank for a replacement of the fiber board (cardboard?) box that routes air from the heater ducting under the dash over to the kick panel.

I'm pretty sure I can make one if I can find a template. Has anyone out there with a '58 had to deal with this? Either you found one for sale, or figured out how to make one?
