What is this "filler" called between chrome of the tail light and the metal body?  I can't for the life of me find this information anywhere.  I pointed to it on the attached photo. Hope that helps.
Hope this is an easy one for someone...
Thanks

Do you mean the colored plastic piece, or the chrome molding on the edge of that plastic piece?

The colored one is commonly just called the rear bumper filler.  They were originally made of flexible plastic, and almost all of them, even on pampered cars, have crumbled away with time.  They make reproductions out of hard ABS plastic or fiberglass.

The parts manual says it's the "Extension, rear quarter panel" part number 9631836 (right) or 9631837 (left).

The chrome molding is just a chrome molding.  They also crumble, or turn yellow, and nobody reproduces them.  People use universal door edge molding to replace them.  It doesn't look as good as the originals.  I could not find a part number for them in the parts manual.  I know these moldings were once sold by Cadillac dealers because I bought a pair many years ago so they must have had a part number, but I don't know what it is.
