While the 2015 Supplement to the 1940 LaSalle 5267 Directory of 1995 has been published and will be updated as I find more of these vehicles, I am still curious about the significance of the number 7 found on some of the trim number codes.  For example; 26 A is Two-tone beige and green leather upholstery on Series 52 62.  What is 26 A 7?  20 of the documented vehicles have the 7 at the end of the code.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bill,
Neither Matt, Ron or anyone else has been able to figure that out. Sounds like a good job for you.
