The double-side standard deductions document was a huge help on the show field while judging. It is difficult to remember what standard deductions are for 40 categories that often cover multiple components within each category even if you have read the training guide several times. I know our team referenced ours several times to make sure we were consistent and fair when noting deductions.  The workshops, seminars, and videos, coupled with the judges recognition program that encourages all of us to become more experienced and qualified judges, will definitely make our judging system great!
