Please forgive an old man's memory here.  I can't seem to locate all the articles on the forum that describe the function and repair of the shuttle valve for the wiper.  Could you point me in the correct direction?  Thanks, Larry

Roger that was a fantastic chunk of information. Can hardly wait to check my car in the spring. Thanks! Clay/Lexi

Thanks Clay! I wanted to publish this info in the Self-Starter; unfortunately, the redactor never did it.

It makes a difference , especially in wiper performance.  I rebuilt mine twice.  The second time was because the non fuel resistant gasket I used had degraded.  Bought a piece of sheeting from Grainger.

Thank you.  If mine is bad I will have to find someone to repair it.  Larry

Can't understand why this isn't part of or offered in vacuum wiper repair services.

Agree, Walter. Without that, the best restored wiper motor ist working half so well.

Indeed, that would be a fantastic article for the Self Starter. Yes, this should be included in any wiper motor overhaul and related work. Clay/Lexi

Cadman,

David King makes them, here is the part of the thread that mentions it. I purchased from him and is a great item that it seems only he makes it.
