I am helping a friend get his long-term '41 Series 62 Coupe project back on track and on the road in 2017.  The car was purchased many years ago partially disassembled, and frequent questions arise about the various loose parts. Yes, me again.

We have a pair of rear sliding vent glass-and-mechanisms with glass the wrong size and shape for this car. RH slider shown below, along with two new, wrapped, glass plates that appear to be the correct size and shape. We also have one LH slider mechanism only, bottom photo.

My question: Is this one-only slider mechanism with integral chrome pull the correct one for his car?  Supplemental question, any suggestions what year and model would our pair of sliders fit?  It would be nice to find them a good home in a deserving automobile...

You will know if its the correct slider because it will fit the correct glass Chris and the others are smaller for the sedan.

Thanks Steve, and yes we believe the new glass we have is correct for the coupe. Good to know the original pair we have is from a sedan.

My question should have been better worded to convey that we are wondering if this style of pull (integral, chrome-plated) is correct for this car â€" so as to know what we need for the other side.
