78 Eldorado & American Sunroof Company Decal

On the inside of the door on my 78 Eldorado Biarritz Custom Classic, there is a sticker / decal which states the sunroof was installed by the American Sunroof Company and I think it also states it is 1 of 500? Mine is there but very faded and virtually unreadable. Does anyone have a picture of one I can look at and / or know where I may be able to find a reproduction? Thank you.
