Hi, everyone,

I’m a writer working on an article for a rental car company blog. I was wondering if any club members could help me, or let me know who to contact, regarding a restored 1938 Cadillac Town Car owned by the late William Hunter Byington of Chattanooga/Lookout Mountain, GA.

I need specific info regarding:

The history of Mr. Byington’s restored town car -

-where it was made,
-when and how it was used as a gangster car,
-when it was purchased on the resale market,
-when/how it was restored

-its use as a wedding car

and general information about:

The history of the Cadillac 1938 Town car (in general)

Vintage “gangster” cars used as wedding cars

Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks,
M.Moro
