Guys,

I am replacing my aging line coming off from the thermal vacuum switch.

Is this the right spec? Or something I can use?

Any other recommendation or exp anyone wants to share please?

Inside diameter:   5/32" or 0.156 (3.96mm)
Outside diameter 5/16" or 0.313 (7.93mm)
Wall thickness 1/16 or .063 (1.6mm)

Snip off a section of what you have, put it in your pocket, take it to your local parts store, and say give me xx feet of this stuff.

Done.

Don't over-think this.

Right on Dan!

Now if someone wants the color coded Climate control lines, they can still get plain black and use a color paint marker from the local crafts store to pinstripe the line.

Got it from autozone i think the lines from thermal switch needed a bit thicker one to stand the engine temp etc.

Thanks.
