I recently had the Stromberg carb for my '47 Caddy rebuilt (bought the rebuild kit from Cadillac Parts Ltd), but upon its return, I noticed that it is still missing a few parts (see pictures). Where best can I track down these sorta oddball parts that didn't come in my rebuild kit from Cadillac Parts Ltd?

Thanks,

Those missing pieces are not normally included in a kit.  Your best bet is to find either someone with a core you can rob parts from or buy a core from ebay or similar.  Be sure to look to make sure those parts are on the core before spending your hard earned money.

It is also possible someone who rebuilds carbs as a business might have these parts and would be willing to sell them to you.
The final possibility may be someone who reads this posting will have those bits lying around and be willing to provide them to you.

Good luck.

These parts are never in a kit.  I have some of these bits and also full carbs but in all honesty, a couple of the parts could be made easily. The choke dial retainer is simple to make and you have two as a pattern. You could drill a hole in the top of your throttle to choke rod and use a split pin if it's the little clip your short of?
Cost and timeframe of getting these things to you would not be worth the wait.

Heres a real toasty one that might have all you need.

Sometimes you get lucky.
Sometimes, "Then and Now" has oddball parts for old carbs.
You just have to call around.
Those shouldn't be that rare and sometimes, newer or older parts fit, if no change.  If you just look for a '47, none, but if you look by model# or years made, some.
