I know what it is. I need a pcv vacume hose, which i cant find, But each time i search for it i see this t along with it.  66 deville Mine did not have it.

I'll play... given the size I'd guess it goes from the PCV breather on the pax side valve cover going to the carb on one end and the air cleaner on the other.

And if you listen to me, you're nuts.  ;)
