1937 Lasalle rubber exhaust hanger reproduction?

I just discovered that my exhaust has several pinholes so I'll be replacing it soon.  Luckily for me all of the original hangers are in place including the original vulcanized rubber hanger in front of the muffler.  My only issue is that I cannot seem to find a similar replacement.  Does anyone know a source for this part?  Thanks.
