Sometimes the introduction of fresh gas can make a discernible difference in the way an older Cadillac will run.  I vividly recall when I owned '56 Cadillacs with the exhausts that ran through the rear bumper, just how different the exhaust residue would look during extended highway travel... and just how much more responsive and smooth the engine would start, idle and run for the next several short trips once I arrived at my destination... so that "Yumm Yummm" yes indeed-- these cars love fresh gas, and I also, extended highway driving.   Happy day,  James
