The responsibility of the Executive Committee, president, executive VP, secretary and treasurer, is to carry out the directives of the board and its policy; this is referred to as “management” or "governance" of the Club (i.e. the day-to-day operation, which impacts the general well-being of all members, worldwide). As one past president put it, "it's a job that requires bringing your 'A' game, and being the Regions' best friend by providing encouragement and direction through any issue that may arise". May we please have the composition of the "Executive Committee" in 2019.

As a concerned Club member (I joined 48 years ago), like others, may we please have also the reports of the CLC Board of Directors' Meetings for Summer 2019 and winter Winter 2020. These are usually published in PDF format on the Club's web page. I do not see them. Perhaps they have been delayed on account of Covid-19?
