Greg posted photos of an R4 setup earlier in this thread.   80 and 81 368/6.0 engines used the R4 and the same basic block as the 472/500/425.

I somehow missed the photo Kyle posted in reply #5 of the serp setup.   That looks like a Sanden so you already have the correct brackets,  just need to swap the pulley or whole compressor out for a V belt one and use the donor pulleys.  You will only be using the front groove on the Sanden unless you manage to find one with a single but should look more stock than that serp setup.     IF you get a stock belt for a 75 it barely rides up in the dual groove Sanden pulley.  The empty groove will stand out more than how high the belt rides up.   That is assuming you have the same type of brackets I have and the compressor mounts in the standard height.   Since these are all custom I suppose yours may be a different height than what I have.
