The one at the top of the steering column. 1966 deville conv.. MUST have 2 spring metal parts that control the position of the blinker arm.

Hi John,

  Those springs are actually part of the signal canceling system. There's a cam on the steering shaft that has a couple of raised bumps/lumps or whatever you want to call them, that as the wheel is turned, they will contact the spring and releases the switch in order to cancel the signal. The left canceling spring is the one on the bottom, and the right canceling spring is on top.
But I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. Are you looking for the canceling springs?
