In discussion parlance "Build Sheet" has come to be used generically, ie: any factory record documenting the build of a given unit. 

The style most familiar to most of us is the "Cars Built" sheet containing 30 or so line-items which normally don't list Special Order details.

Allied Vaughan's own description is "Build Sheet" for either type of document. Point taken on the distinction all the same.
