It could be turned around. It just has add on garbage and an acid induced paint job. Jim Morrison never got this high.

For 10 Grand I'd buy it.  I think I'd install a visor and an air raid siren.  Do you think it would be too splashy?

I'd buy it for $10G's too. Then put $10G's into a paint job and it may be a decent car. The interior would be the deal breaker if it was all done up.
