  Couple of questions about Hydroboost.

Did all models have it in 1976, or just CC?

Does it take the same power steering pump as a car that has a vacuum brake booster?

thanks

All Eldorados had it and I think only the Fleetwood in other styles. Different power steering pump, its got 3 ports. Supply to the boost, return from the gearbox & a bypass for excessive pressure at the boost.

Plumbing is: Pump to boost, boost to gearbox, gearbox to cooling tube, through filter & back to pump. The bypass from the boost feeds into a port next to the supply port on the pump.
