What are the Timken bearing part numbers for front wheel bearings for 1946 and 1955?
Thanks
Richard

Doug. Houston

There are two bearings for each wheel.  Ill try to transcribe what they are. These will be New Depareture numbers, which are listed in Cadillacs parts book. I believe that Timkens numbers should be the same.

Inner bearing assembly, 41-56: 909062

Outer Bearing Assembly: 41-59: 909073.

If your parts supplier doesnt have these, you might check Detroit Ball Bearing in Detroit, on Howard Street. Phone information should get you the number.
