Can anyone who is in the know, please advise if this item on eBay, is the modern day replacement for the 1928 Cadillac spark plug:   A.C  Type Y

The plugs listed on E-Bay are for Cadillac 1929-1935.

What you need is:

Champion C-16-C or AC 78S... 7/8 X 18

John came up with the same numbers I did. The change was at  Engine # 3-32889 for series 341 and 4-14348 for LaSalle 328 (1929 model year?).To find them order plugs for a 32 Ford (4 or v8)they  are also used as modern replacement on model A Fords.Warren
