Tracy - The engine will bolt up to the transmission, but that is where the easy part ends.  The frame crossmember at the rear of the transmision is different, as are the front motor mount castings at the front corner of the frame and the torque tube and drive shaft.  Can it bre done?  Yes, it has been done many times, but it is not a pure bolt-in, unless you have all the 1931 V-12 parts to go along with the 1934 engine.  The carb linkages must be V-12, the front engine mounts must be modified, etc, etc, etc.  An accomplished mechanic can do it, but the parts might be hard to find these days.  Paul Ayres

thanks for answering Paul.  We have the entire engine from the 34 V-12. so we will have to modifiy the front and rear mounts?
