Stored ‘inside’? ...A pigeon habitat?

Definitely Pigeons.

I remember that mess from the Belfry where I used to live years ago.

My thoughts?  The seller has added one too many zeros to the price.  For a 58 four door, you can get one that's fully sorted for approximately double that.

Not that it's not savable, but, you'd have to get into it at the right price first.  Can just imagine what all the pigeon crap has done to the paint and chrome.  That stuff is highly acidic.  Being on there for god knows how many years, every inch of paint and every piece of chrome will need to be done on a very heavily chrome laden car.

Have to agree with Dan.  Car in my estimation is not worth half of that price.  I currently have a pretty nice running/driving 1958 CDV for sale in the CLC classifieds for $13,900.  The paint and body restoration alone on that 4DR would be far more than that.

I have a 58 four door with all the papers from the day it left the lot. been sitting for 20 years  w/50k original miles and factory air. for half what he's asking. plus a spare engine

Were the pigeons living inside the car too?

Can only imagine the interior stench.

I'm with Dan - the removal of one zero from the price would put it on the money.
