Hello. I received a message from user Anderson 71 , asking me to contact Rita Songer as her late husband had the parts I was requesting. Googling her name a post from the bmw 2002 forum listing her as a scam.
I am still actively looking for a nice 1957 sabre wheel in chrome casting 41098.
I got a response from them to a parts wanted post also. I hope the new rules puts an end to these scams.
Wait, it's not real? I just forwarded Andersen and Rita my social security number, bank account, mothers maiden name and the deed to my house to prove I was interested in the bridge they have for sale. Poor Rita, she said she really needed the money after the untimely passing of her husband.
Poor Rita. She should have told her husband to go out and get a better job. Scammers pay is pretty low these days.
Anderson71 has been banned this morning, my time, and his previous 6 posts have been removed.
This post is another message to all Members to be totally aware of Scammers, as they will do anything to part you from your money, with nothing in return.
Thankfully you have realised this.
BUT, please don't put email addresses or phone numbers in your posts, as this is asking for trouble.
