I have 2 front door locks with the same key code. I had new keys made. One lock works great. The other lock does not turn.

I have tried soaking with no luck yet.

Does anyone know how to remove the lock cylinder from this lock?

Photos attached.

Does the key go in? When you slide the dust cover over is there a pin hole in the face? Sorry it has been a few years since I looked at one of these:-(

I resolved the problem. There was a part inside sticking out from the side of the cylinder keeping the lock from turning.

Thank you
