Sadly, they never do ask or give recompense.

Marty,
THANKS for posting the pic!! Steve is correct. You have to sign an agreement allowing the photographer all rights to the picture. I was flattered that 2 of my cars were used in that photo shoot.
Regards, Bob

Bob,
How extraordinary that one of your gems is on a calendar, but perhaps better than that, someone actually recognized the car as yours.
Congratulation, and HIGH PRAISE in deed.
Have fun,
Steve B.

I have seen my own cars on calenders twice over the last 35 years without anyone ever asking my permission.

Years ago before I even owned a 53 , I went to the local scrap merchant and on the wall were exotic shots from a Berlie Bra calender plastered all over. ( Remember the good ol'days of non political correctness. ?)
Anyhow I wasn't looking at the gorgeous girls for once, I was looking at the 3 53 Eldos in red, white and blue that they used in the shoot.
I managed to convince the tough as nails worker that I needed to leave with at least one of the calender pages. Reluctantly he obliged and I got one with a stunning blonde in an all white car.
It didn't seem prudent to point out to him that the all white dash and interior was incorrect.

Thanks Steve,
My car is known nationally & internationally. It was at the first Las Vegas GN some years ago. And it's on the Custom car chronicle  site also. What needs to happen now is for me to sell it. Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Bob

Hi Chris,
Thanks for posting. I don't subscribe to HMN, but I do have an ad coming up soon.
