Partial Rear Defogger for 67-8 Eldorado

I bought this accessory from a fellow CLC member about 25 years ago.  It has been moved multiple times, and I know the interior grill that sits on the rear parcel shelf is missing.  I included photo's in the link below from a master parts book that list what is needed or interchangeable.  I would assume this does not work, and needs restoration.  Asking $50 plus shipping.
