hood trim fasteners needed for '68 Eldorado

Hi Everyone,

I'm in need of replacement trim fasteners for my '68 Eldorado.  They hold the stainless trim against the leading edge of the hood.  I believe these were used on previous and later Cadillacs but I have had no luck finding any.  Are these being reproduced?  If so, would someone mind letting me know where I can find them?  I've attached two photos below of one of the fasteners.
