There is a 1932 Cadillac 370B (V12) sedan that just popped up on ebay. $55K/OBO. Sorry, I do not know how to do a link, but the item number is 251886875262. I do not work for ebay, and I do not know the owner or have anything to do with the car.

A fantastic buy, I have never seen a V12 for that price so I bought it, will pick it up next week.
Goes well with my 355A V8.

Hello R. Rowland,
I am restoring a 31 355A Town Sedan. Can you tell me where you found your interior material? The car is black and the interior is taupe ( I think? ).  My email is Rlamb10769@yahoo.com, any information would help.
Thanks,
R. Lambert

Hi Richard. Mine came from Bill Hirsch (www.hirschauto.com). They also advertise on the commercial section of this forum. I used their English broadcloth. Mine is sort of a taupe. The heavyweight broadcloth is for seats, etc and the lightweight is for headliners. Send them a sample, and they will send you back some swatches. They can't do anything from photos. The price will be over $90/yd. I believe it is 60 in wide. I also got the stuff to replace my exterior top insert from them.
A real downside of this material is that it is wool, and the light colors get soiled if you look at them wrong. Scotchguard specifically says on the can to not use it on wool. Stains will come out, but usually will leave a water spot ring that may be worse than the original stain spot. Fortunately I learned this by experience with my old upholstery before having it redone. I now ALWAYS keep the seats covered except during a show. If I was doing it again, I might have the front seat/door panels done in leather like a limo or open car for this reason.
Best, Rick.

Rick, thanks for the information on the interior. I should have the painting done in about two to three months, then work on the interior. This 355A came from Minasota and was in pretty good shape, the previous owner owned it for 43 years.
