Ok, just something to goof around with and test your knowledge a bit.
I found this tool while I was looking for something else, I know what it is, but can you identify what it is and what it's used for?
If no one guesses by Monday, I'll post the answer.

Good luck, Rick

PS: Moderators, I hope this is permissible, but if not, delete it. No harm done.

Edit:  I don't know if there's an issue with the site expanding the picture, but if it's not clear enough, let me know and I'll take another picture and see if it is any better.

Good guess, and I suppose if it were bigger it might be used for that, but no, that's not it.

It's actually only about 2" long, maybe 1/2" in diameter. That's not counting the tubing of course.

Nope, not that either. It doesn't have anything to do with the A/C.

But a clue is that it is used for something inside the passenger compartment of the car.

Actually that is just a bit of metal tube to keep the plastic tube from collapsing when you put the extension piece on.
You can use it with one or both pieces of plastic tubing. The second one is just so you can reach farther into your work.
Yes it does look similar to a medical instrument, and it works the same way, but it's definitely not for medical use.

Yeah no, my first answer would definitely get me banned for life.

Since its so small, its an oiler of some sort,
I'll go with clocks or an antennae gear... something. Speedo, gas gauge...

And the winner is..
Laurie!!

Your guess is so close, I have to say  that I couldn't give another clue without coming right out and saying what it's for anyway.

So yes, it's an oiler for electronic devices that have moving parts, like our old Wonderbar radios, old TV sets, etc.
Here's another picture with the package description included.

Good guess Laurie!!
I can imagine what you wanted to say, and all I can say is don't get yourself banned!!

LMAO! Perhaps Laurie's best, or at least rivaled her rear end and driveshaft comment a while back. Austin Powers is proud of both of you! Clay/Lexi
