Title: Cadillac door/kick panel/trunk cardboard
Post by: kokerscad on October 24, 2016, 10:25:04 PM
I'm sure someone on here has replaced door panels kick plates etc etc. I'm looking on what type and where to buy the similar if not exact cardboard used on these panels, I want to redo some panels in my 64 fleetwood 60.

We call it 'Mill Board' here. This may be the same stuff in your country but it looks about 5 times the price of ours!

Steve,
That stuff is a little pricey on that eBay site ... >:(  You can just go down to your local upholstery shop and they'll cut/sell you what you need. They buy such quantities, so it makes it that much cheaper. Good Luck!

Sadly there are very few upholsterers here who use this stuff Bobby. The domestic type is more like thick cardboard.      I used to buy our mill board 10 sheets at a time but the suppliers will only send it rolled up now because of postage costs and this makes ripples in the sheets, no good at all :'(.
