Do any of you have a source for a replacement of the leather(?) or composition washers used on the window raising arms of the winding mechanism?  These ride along inside the metal channel to which the window glass metal retainer bar is attached.  Any help would be appreciated.

The first place I would try is Restoration Specialties of Windber, PA.  They carry a wide variety of stuff.  Id be surprised if they didnt have them.
