45k is a hard price to swallow considering a well preserved or original example will cost you way less than restoring this...

Can be sold without the seats and door panels for $30k

It is tough to even consider without more pics being posted here on the site.

Need both sides & front & back.
Interior front - back & floors.
Engine & trunk compartment.
Any of the chassis would also be helpful.
