Hello.  I'm looking for the brass carburetor inlet fitting for the Stromberg carb on a 1941 Fleetwood.  Thanks

The part number is 143 4795.  Suggestions for an alternative would be greatly appreciated.

Hit up the Weatherhead cabinet at the local NAPA. There is sure to be a match in there. Unless you are not in the States.

Don't think you can buy the original style fitting.  In currently available fittings the male NPT is too big in relation to the inverted flare size.  You can functionally duplicate it with a NPT reducer in the carb and then a male NPT by inverted flare elbow.  It works but doesn't look original.

Thanks very much.  I'll try that.  Not concerned about looks.  Just want to drive the darn thing.

Again, thanks.
