I'm rebuilding a Carter WCD model 595s carburetor for my '41 Series 62 Coupe (originally had Cater WDO).  I believe these were an option from '46-'49.  I don't have a service manual for these years.  Does anyone know the correct float level setting for this carburetor.  I have Carter tools T109-160 (9/64") and T109-162 (3/16").  I'm hoping one of these is correct.
Thanks!

One thing to keep in mind that these original measurements were not considering alcohol blended fuels.

The rule of thumb was the float was effectively parallel to the carb housing.

With blended fuel I would adjust the float slightly lower than that to get the level where it needs to be.
