  My friend has 4 of these but doesnt know when they where made or what year they fit. Any help would be apprieciated. He may want to sell the set.

They were offered on RWD (optional) 1978 and standard on the new Seville  Elegante.
Also offered in 1979. Unfortunately...They were horrific and prone to both leakage and broken spokes.  🥺🤭, I believe the manufacturer was English? Dunlap?

They were so terrible, they were very soon replaced (junked) ...and today that makes them pretty rare. The issue of value is now restoring them $$$. I had seen reproduction spokes offered as stainless??? My guess is the caps have good value.
