       I just spoke with Dick Paskiet of Northfiled Forming (330 854-6003) to cancel my order for the 1937 LaSalle running board strips. I discovered I had actually purchased a set over 20 years ago and they were stored in the vehicle.
      Dick told me he is "getting very close" to finishing the strips and some operations on them have already been done. He said some folks have been waiting for them since 2015, so thought I'd post this update to give you some hope.
