This is an NOS, never installed wiper transmission.  It fits 39 Cadillac and Lasalle and probably other years.    It has drivers side linkage but can be switched for passenger side.  The wiper transmissions are the same.  $200 free shipping.

That will fit 1939 Cadillac series 61, 1939 Lasalle series 50, 1940 Lasalle series 50. All body styles.
