1939-40 Lasalle Hubcaps

These need some TLC which is reflected in the price.
The outer shell has been separated from the inner shell.

The inner shell has been sandblasted and painted as you can see,
The outer shell has the medallion stamped into the face. Paint
choice would indicate whether it is appropriate for a 1939 or 1940.
Asking $45 USD plus shipping.

Hello Bill, how did you uncrimp the edge to remove the outer shell? How do you plan to bend it back after reinstalling the outer shell?

Don't know.  Never done either.  They were separated when I got them. Someone else might have some ideas.
I just want to sell them, not put them together.
