Does anyone know if there is an active administrator of the New Cadillac Database? A number of years ago, I offered my roster of 1964 Eldorado Survivors, a personal project of mine for the past 35 years, to become part of the "Survivor" section. It was incorporated into the Database. For the past few years, I have dutifully submitted additional discovered cars directly to the address of the person I believe is the administrator, but they have never appeared on the survivor database. I have never received a reply from the administrator, nor have any of the emails been returned as undeliverable.
In a final attempt to see if I should continue submitting, as I just discovered the 326th survivor (there are more "out there"), I sent the information using the Contact section on the Database page itself, and never received a reply. It only takes a couple seconds to click the reply button and say, "thanks - got it". Any thoughts?

Hi Jerry, its Clay from Toronto. About a year or so ago I made a submission to the data base to add some information I thought they would like. Heard nothing, and the stuff I sent to add was rare, was not added to the data base. Was left with the impression that the site is not regularly maintained. Clay/Lexi
Hey Clay! I know what you mean - it is a bit disheartening. I know people are "busy", but no reply or action for a few years raises my concern.
Guys,
To my knowledge, NO ONE is taking care of the data base. That's been going on since Yann left it. Some old mistakes are are actually coming back. Pretty Sad!!
Bob
I would like to provide updates/additions to the filmstrips page, if there's an administrator I could contact, as my collection has grown quite a bit.
The Database was donated to the CLC Museum several years ago which of course is supported by volunteers.
It sounds like the person who was previously maintaining the Database has gone MIA. Is there anyone here who would consider to step into the position?
If yes, suggest you reach out to Bill Anderson, CLC MRC Director to coordinate the changing of the guard.
A Mr. J.C. Franchitti is (or was?) the volunteer for the data base. I assume he is not very active, unfortunately.
He is the gentleman who accepted my 1964 Eldroado Survivor Roster initially, and I assume he arranged for its inclusion on the Database. I've never heard from him since when submitting additional cars. Perhaps he has passed on??
I don't think so. According to Yann Saunders, he is very busy and probably the data base is the smallest of his priorities.
If he's so busy..... WHY did he accept the job???

Indeed, there were 36 La Salle cars assembled in 1936; 12 Cadillac cars assembled in 1938, 6 in 1939 and 6 in 1940. I don't have any other details.
Hello together,
I have listed the Cadillac's that I know of that were imported into Switzerland from 1922 - 1954.
Then I can read this number highest from the statistics, if that is desired, I can do that.
First of all the PDF with the Cadillac, without the assembled!Cadillac Import.pdf
