WTB : Cadillac 1954 1955 lower steering column brass horn contact tube
Sorry, I cannot offer a tube to you. When I was faced by the same problem as you have, I machined a tube with brass. The outside diameter can be a tad larger than the original one for ease of fabrication.
If you cannot find an original tube, this may be your solution.

Hello,
When mine broke I went to the hardware store and found a copper coupling that work. They look at me as if I was crazy because I had my calipers measuring the inside diameter. It has been in the car for 5 years with no problems.
