Sorry, I cannot offer a tube to you. When I was faced by the same problem as you have, I machined a tube with brass. The outside diameter can be a tad larger than the original one for ease of fabrication.
If you cannot find an original tube, this may be your solution.

hi-i looked thru 40 boxes of parts-and did not find the horn contact.
i have other 55 caddy parts
a-lt and rt  fender  lower grille stainless--nos
b--front wheel inner seal--caddy nos
c--windshield wiper knob and stem-one that usually breaks - good used
d-outside mirror--offset stem type--without the bracket that hods it--v/good used
e--nos high note horn
f--wheel covers--3 nos covers w/o center crest
     one v/good used cover with nice used crest

Hello,
          When mine broke I went to the hardware store and found a copper coupling that work. They look at me as if I was crazy because I had my calipers measuring the inside diameter. It has been in the car for 5 years with no problems.
