Its going to a good home as you know. The 56s had nicer details such the gold Cadillac script on the grill, and Nineteen Fifty-Six script on the dash in the interior. I like taking some trim off other years of what is appropriate for these model of Cadillacs, or even from other years of Cads to make them even more attractive than what they already are.

Ive done this with my 64 as well, and it actually adds to the already nice interiors of them.

Heres examples. The V emblem and Small Cadillac crest was added by me, I simply used mounting tape so it wont ruin the original panel.  The V emblem is actually from the trunk lid of the 77-79 Deville which is the perfect size for these panels and almost looks stock and I am not sure what year Cadillac the tiny crest came from.
