I just purchased an Eldorado horn for my 59 (the horn with the long trumpet extension).

Where does it mount?  If possible, please e-mail me a picture.

Also, I need the bracket that secures the trumpet end of the horn.

Thanks.

Im not sure about 59, but my 66 came with the Eldorado horn.  On my car, it is mounted on the crossmember just in front of the A/C condenser between the two regular horns.  It is mounted only at the base of the horn and it is aimed downward.

Im not sure if that will be of any help, but I thought Id throw it out there.  It is a nice horn though.  It sounds like a freight train.
