This is a tough one. Now, most restorers will ONLY restore a convertible be it a 62 series or a Biarritz. This appears complete including all of the Eldorado goodies. 

I have seen "some" Sevilles go unrestored, many are parted out to support convertibles, and parts hoarders.

Beautiful car indeed.  And a bargain compared to the one I posted.  My issue is - I prefer the Series 62 fin to the Seville.  And who cares about performance doo dads?  On a convertible Biarritz yes, but a 2 door hardtop?  Not me, and no disrespect for those that have one, my apologies.  A Seville is a great statement in itself but not a "premium" over a nicely sorted CdV from 1956.
