Michael , I think you are right. There are several places that show this as 58 Cadillac on the net , but now I think it is a fender ornament for something else.
The 58 Cadillac is very similar , but the " flag" looks bigger.
Any one have a known original photo?

Hi,
I could take a picture of one of mine, but google the part number on the bottom and you will see. I want to say it's for a Studebaker, but something is telling me that's not it either. It is a hood ornament through,

It's a 1958 Impala front fender ornament.
Close to Cadillac , but scaled down.
I'll leave this post for info.
If a moderator wants to eliminate it , fine with me
