Are these wheel covers still available?  Are the center disks black?  Wreath & crest, or just crest?

The wheel covers are still available.  They have wreath and crest ornamentation.  The centers are stainless; they do not have a black insert as in '76.

Hello Charles, Are these wheel covers still available?  With the stainless steel centers, I believe the turbines are black, similar to those in the attached photo, correct?  How are the plastic retainer fasteners, that attach the outside & inside?  Can you post or email photos?  LMK if you would like my email address.
