A friend who was parts guy at a dealer bought a new 1977 Coupe DeVille and replaced these with wire hubcaps. He said they were also on 1978 & 79 models.  $200 for set plus shipping.

Jon, these are commonly called "Turbine Vane" covers. Fleetwoods also have the wreath so these are for DeVille I would think.
